For the guys that have to travel a lot, here is a few simple exercises you can do at your hotel room. No need to bring any specific gym tools, cause you will have all that you need at your finger tips.

My partner and I are going on a month of traveling around Europe. These would be great to do in our Airbnb to keep in shape.

Woah. This is just perfect. Squats and push-ups are the only workouts that I mostly engage in. I think now I don't need to always search for a hotel with a gym within or around it.

Hmmmm. I bet I can give this a try. It doesn't look difficult and all I need is just stuffs I have within reach. This is super cool if you are always hooked up and no gym around, you can always rely on this to get something going.
